Is pet damage being returned to P99 launch code?

The biggest problem with classic eq was that classes like warriors, rangers and a few others were just plain horrible. So, instead of buffing those characters, they nerfed others, like pet classes and druids. Just sucks that this problem is not corrected the right way and still follows how the morons at soe did things.
