Isn't Jamar the same player that tried to claim Chancellor camp, against server rules, well after the line rule had been established?

no he is the guy that would not let TMO players take the spots ahead of him when other TMO players were going to "give up" their spot.

I've never been one to defend TMO, but this isn't in the slight bit shady. Sounds to me like you were the only one in the group who had a problem with it - nothing was stopping you from leaving the group.

We would regularly do this same thing in TR. Having a L60 raid geared monk out of group DPSing really is a form of PL, and if it was an established group that they invited you to - it is up to you to decide if you are willing to accept their loot rules. You can't roll into a group and start dictating how they do loot. If you don't like the way a group does loot, make your own group with the rules you like.

TL;DR: OP needs to go to the leg store, because he has nothing to stand on.
