It's pretty much spelled out for you. From a lot of responses on this thread. Only the illiterate/stupid can't read words and understand what they mean:

They need to take a good, honest, look at their own hypocrisy when it comes to unethical behavior and infringing upon Sony's right to not be *cheated* out of their right to profit from their own creative work...before they post flames/rants/really lame photo shopped images.

Since you didn't read much here, or had trouble with word comprehension, I'll try to also bluntly state for you that given 99% of the comments to this post, the fact that emulated servers are illegal is news to most people.

I don't think you've seen a debate before. Someone makes a point, there is a counter point, then a rebuttal etc... Open forums, discussion, and making counter points and rebuttals is kinda something that's done in America, and free societies in general.
