Two Cursors? Anyone know how to fix this?

I recently had to start using dgVoodoo because the game was no longer rendering in full screen. The problem now is that I have two cursors, though only one is actually functional.

Has anybody seen this issue before? Any suggestions on how to fix it? I've been poking around in the dgVoodoo settings but so far I haven't had any luck.
