Miscellaneous: procmod/procrate changes may have missed a couple weapons

Aged Smoldering Cudgel 188

In that post it appears the procrate was changed to 0 on "Aged Smoldering Cudgel", which is an upgraded version (from VP 2.0) of the Smoldering Cudgel that drops from Xygoz on p99. Players on green report that the Smoldering Cudgel that drops here has a very high proc rate relative to other proc weapons. Is it possible the version that we have was not in the database when the procrate changes were made and accidentally inherited an increased procrate?

There is also another weapon that could match the same profile ("Aged" weapons from VP 2.0) from that list:

Aged Frozen Zweihander 90

would be Frozen Zweihander on p99. Unsure if it actually procs more, might just be harder to notice since the procrate mod is lower on that one.

Curious if smoldering cudgel actually still has a procmod even if only aged was known to have one and isn’t in era. Parsing definitely seems closer to +188% or at least above +0.

A 90% procmod would mean it procs 10% less than other weapons, every proc weapon has a 100% procmod by default.

Mind posting the log? It's never seemed particularly high to me but the suggestion seems to be that it's a Green only bug, which would be a bit weird. It'd also be pretty weird if Nilbog modified them all individually instead of just zero'ing out the column (and doing a select on the column for the list that he dumped). That list has a bunch of other non-classic weapons so it seems more likely that the Smoldering Cudgel just never had a non-zero procrate field, which is consistent with the lucy history:

That's not what nilbog said in the original thread:

For what it's worth, the change in OP only involves extra proc chances on the items listed. This was a change made later to make certain items proc more than others.

FWIW, I doubt it's only a green server issue since the suspected cause was around on blue since 2013. More likely that people who know about it are not very likely to report it.

Nevermind, I was confusing myself with how an item DB was listing the proc rates, so 0 procmod was listing as 100% proc rate.

Just post a log though? 10-20 minutes on Curodoth with a fixed dex value ought to do it. I've never seen anything like a 3x proc rate out of it, and smoldering cudgel doesn't have any mod on live.
