Sounds like someone was camping supple scale armband and being dicks to other groups around out of boredom.

You can't claim half of Karnor's as LCY but KS'ing is a banable offense. Running mobs through camp is a dick move but I'm not entirely sure it would be considered training if it is accidental aggro.

If they were doing pawbuster they had jail for warlord and also had hand nearby if they really wanted to kill stuff but you said hand was up so I'm not sure why they'd go all the way beyond LCY to pull junk when they didn't even bother clearing their vicinity. Sounds like their trash puller was being trashy.

At this point it seems like all guilds have no recruitment criterias and the zergy ones will not enforce anything so just petition them if the offense is petition worthy or you'll just have to deal with it.
