Aside from obese people, I can't really argue that healthy people that eat American food, are any less healthy than healthy people that eat European food.

So I'm starting to think all our concerns about US food and chemical additives are just concerns.

Are there more autistic people in the USA than Europe?

Are there more autistic people in America, than other countries? Or do we say there is an equal amount everywhere and chalk the difference to American exceptionalism: we just keep better track of them?
