I find CBD and CBN products to be almost entirely placebo. A major medicinal aspect of cannabis is appetite stimulation, and it doesn't matter how many overpriced CBD gummies I eat, I feel nothing and I don't get hungry. When I just smoke actual weed, it works every time.

Because it's still a legal gray area, it's ripe for fraud and gimmickry and I think I kind of preferred the pre-legalization days on balance.
