I know how to play this class

Imagine, you're at work. If you don't do your job, people die.

99.999% of the time, you do a great job! Even get kudos for how well you're doing...

Then 1 time, you see a mob that needs to be charmed... you normally tash your charms but this mob is actively hitting people, so you charm it immediately

As soon as you do this, some obvi prick goes out of his way to let you know that you did it wrong... despite it being a conscious choice.... he has no clue of the context, your mana pool and is basically half paying attention...

That shit can stop... this is just 1 example...

The only mob that needs to be charmed is the one you have charmed already. Use mez or root.

Few can pull off the "I'm not charming a fucking goddam thing" hustle anymore. I don't have the energy for it. Do people realize how hard it is to mindfuck people into letting you be these days? Mad dogging 5 people 5 hours at a clip? Younger player. It's 2025.
