I don't think the judge is going to overturn the injunction based on the new filings from the defendant's lawyers. It is quite obvious that the creators of THJ are now trying to kill off the entire EQ emu community. The problem for them is that DBJ isn't going after those servers. Why? Those servers have not monetized themselves to generate substantial income like THJ did.
The judge is not going to alter her ruling to kill off the emu community. That's not in the case's parameters. As for giving any more money to the THJ guys, that would be a case of watching a fool part with their money. | ||

Why would a judge not side with shutting down the entire EMU community? From a normal human perspective, there is no difference between any mods.
Seems kind of odd to be like, "this emu is a no, but these ones can be a yes" in a legal sense to me? | ||
