I hope that they get to keep enough money to live happily for the rest of their lives.

Daybreak established THJ’s violation of its copyright, that arguments over Daybreak’s movement on emulators were unpersuasive, and that THJ is “likely to cause irreparable harm” to both its goodwill and its finances.

I hope they get criminal charges as well. LOL at THJ's lawyer grifting, they didn't even try. I wonder how big that retainer was, no doubt enough to flag the IRS system. I wonder what they will consider that income as.

Honestly, good. THJ was setup as a way for 2 developers to make $20k a week from people who wanted to RMT on p99 or Live and couldn't, so they went to a place where RMT was "allowed"
You don't make 20k a week in donations. You make it by selling fast progression to people who want to RMT.

Which is all well and good - but make your own damn game. Seriously, shady shit tweaking EQ mechanics, appealing to as someone said, "RMT Whales" and using all of the existing IP to earn a living.
Make your own damn game, THJ.

Can't edit on RnF - woops. But reading that THJ literally left the Daybreak license.txt in the files for their server.
The fact that they put up a defense, and tried every trick in the book to avoid responsibility makes me understand what kind of people they were. Sheisters.
