i miss when 100% of my PC game purchases were solely based on how fucking badass the box cover art was.

This reminded me of something dumb I did as a kid. When I was around 10 years old (early 1995ish) I saved up my allowance to buy Heretic and then unfortunately found out that my sega cd couldn't play PC games when I popped the disc in and nothing happened lmao.

I bought sega rally 2 and my lame arsed computer couldnt even run the fucker.

We have an ebgames in a mall in the big smoke city 50 odd kays away from my place.

Pokemon tshirts, boardgames, spiderman beside lights, dice, ps/xbox/nintendo game disks and limited controllers/peripherals. All jumbled into a ye olde shoppe with a tardis sized back storeroom.
