An interesting experiment would be to take a picture of a hot, in shape chick, and then use AI or something to keep adding 1 pound to her, and see where the threshold is where she transitions from hot to gross. In those cases the person seems to use food, specifically very unhealthy food, as a form of coping and self-medication the same way others might turn to alcohol or drugs But in those cases, or any case of morbid obesity, trauma is an explanation but shouldn’t become an excuse. I’ve personally never felt that losing fat in order to be appealing to the opposite sex is ever a good reason. But doing so to improve quality of life def is | |||
