My dog played wiff a cat last night!

She left it at the front door when she was finished.

I saw some cat pad prints on top of the BBQ.

Luckily it was garbage night.

I wonder if it was the same cat that wanders down our street triggering every dog (that is behind a fence) every night /ponder

I 'spose ill find out over the next dew days.

Also. Fuck free range felines.
Sad for the cat. I’ve always felt an outside cat is a death sentence for the animal depending on where you live

Aus is probably as bad as here, we have lots of hawks, owls, coyotes, in addition to the common stuff everywhere of cars and dogs. Or your cat can just be stuck in a situation in the summer where for some reason it can’t get to shade or water and it melts, this is often what ends up finishing off an injured cat that got away. As a kid I had two separate cats that were outside cats. They never made it to old age. The only comfort is you’re usually left wondering what it was that got them

There’s 2 outside cats by the park I jog by almost every night I got there, they both post up in the same spot. One time I may get a pic of them. I’ve already had to chase two dogs away separate times from going after them, luckily the dog’s owners were around and able to call the dogs back

The last time it was so late at night and without my contacts in I was convinced they were two coyotes. Which I could easily take and was willing to fight. But I realized as I bombed up to them running they were someone’s loose dogs out at 10pm. And their owner was like 40 yard away running over like “why is that crazy dude about to attack my dogs” because he didn’t see the cats they were stalking

Depending on the breed, I wouldn't assume the owner didn't know what was going on.

Did 6 laps around the park tonight, only had planned 4 but there were both soccer and baseball games of what looked like high schoolers or adults going on aka not scrub little kids that suck. So was able to see some Sportsball action up close as I went by each 6 times

Only problem is I literally HAVE to watch the action of the baseball game. There’s no fence and the edge of the park where I run is like 30 yards from the edge of the (small) outfield. I have to watch out for a crushed hit that sends a round missile of death at my head. For my own safety, I always wish for strikes for both teams batters as I run by. Come onnnn strike!

My cat bro’s were of course out tonight as well. The black one, which I would totally name Guenhwyvar were it mine, likes to sit in stealth mode in shadows of trees or potholes. I’ve almost ran over him a few times. He don’t give a shit

Anyone fasting in solidarity for Ramadan?

I'm not, but I heard some people do.

It’s weird it’s like religions knew the benefits of fasting long before science did

But either way I can’t do it. I can’t even do intermittent. I mean I could if I absolutely had to, but not going to hell is not a good enough reason for me to turn down food

Beginners.

Many people fast all year round!

Hardcore I'd call that.
Some call it starvation.

Post-hike (so only legs having pump) physique today. Me trying (and failing) to compete with AI’s impossible body standards

I been focusing on hiking, running, and swimming because they are awesome. I love cardio and would do only it, save for the fact I have to lift for the aesthetics. But cardio is like 3x more fun than lifting to me

But because I been doing so much running, upper body tone has suffered. Need to get that dialed in

I’m a member of a FB hiking group for my state of 100k+ members. I somehow got “Top Contributor” status by posting a few pics, and posing a question back in the day that turned into a huge raging debate on whether it was disrespectful to run down a steep mtn trail past others even when in complete control (correct answer: yes it still is, only downhill though. And the reason is other people will be stressed because they have no idea how in control you are or whether you are about to plow into them and take them down the mtn with you tumbling)

I ended up getting like 300+ new replies a day to where I had to just throw my hands up like oh God too many, don’t care I’ve lost interest in this

Anyway, that hiking group posts memes sometimes, I liked this “dad joke” meme

man im glad to hear that, if the reason is "it stresses other people out because maybe.." then by all means, go ahead.

That as my least favorite thing about religion, and it's my least favorite thing about wokie cancel culture virtue signalers.
