I am a pacifist.

But I often wonder if I would be a goose stepping war criminal if I was born in a different place.

I really can't know. I really can't.

Ive had lots of opportunities to bash people growing up. You know, beat them up, drag them behind cars and stuff. And always stayed far away from that type of behavior.

But I blame my mother for teaching me good values. Idk. Idk if I was born down the road would I be a bad boy or be the same boy?

Did my mom really put an internal voice inside my head as a toddler, that I never wanted to hurt anyone, ever? Idk.. seems like bullshit and it's genetic.

i read a story about a family who lived in a cave off the coast somewhere in europe a few hundred years ago. they were cannibals grabbing people from the beach. had you been born into that family...you would have to eat.

AI make a Disney movie that's like jungle book but about a cannibal boy that runs away to become a vegetarian prince.

i only have what the nerds call cognitive empathy. it was hard earned.

IMHO suicide is either in you or not.
It is either the answer arrived at by the user based on input or not an option by another user given the same/similar input.
Some attempts are just wannabes seeking attention. Lets face it, any reasonably intelligent user motivated enough (it is in them) would be hard pressed (although it can happen) to be interrupted in their attempt at self destruction.

A friend had varied friend groups. One weekend he told his motorcycle friends he was hanging with his rock climbing friends and vice versa.
Gassed himself in his car. Success! Dumb bastard.
Turns out he took Darwins saying to heart. The point of existence is to procreate or whatever it was exactly.
He was < 30 so had plenty of time...

Had a plan. Executed it to perfection.
His dad found him. Stupid bastard.
