OP I'm afraid you are SoL. There is 'technically' something you can do to sort of mimic the functionality of multiple hotbars, but it isn't perfect, and is likely not something they want people doing. If the trick ever got out I'm sure they'd block it, too.

I didn't know there was a 'trick,' but I think I have a good idea of what it is now that you mention it. I'm pretty stupid but I've done a lot of playing around with my UI by trial-and-error over time so I know how most stuff works.

Anyways, I disagree. I think having 8 spell gems and 10 hot buttons is a good maximum number of keybinds. I don't even have all my hot buttons bound. And then for my situational or less used macros I just use a socials page.
