When I rail against capitalist excess and the reactionary right's blatant embrace of fascism, I am not expecting to blow the lid off a conspiracy. For all their talk of things like "the Deep State" they fail to - or won't let themselves - notice that it's just Capital. That's it. It's just the wealthy carrying out class war and fulfilling their darkest fantasies because they can, and they control the legal system so they'll never hold themselves accountable in any widespread way.

The closest thing to an answer to this is to do the thing they obviously do not want us to do: be socialists
