Pff, khabib was supposed to be retired for good from competition and coaching! You can't just bring him back in, that's almost cheating.
It's definitely gonna be an interesting rematch though. I feel like Islam's mental state is gonna be a lot different and less confident than it was going into their first fight. Although that might also make him focus hard and perform better, knowing that volk is actually a danger to him. Speaking of cardio, volk seems to have some of the best in the sport. Islam looked exhausted after their first fight, not to mention bruised and bloodied. Volk looked more like meh... that was it? This guy is the big deal? Usman has always seemed pretty solid cardio wise, but he's almost never in these short notice fights. It's hard to know what khamzat's gastank is like cause his fights usually don't last more than two rounds lol. Burns was just a slugfest they both looked pretty destroyed after that fight.

Yeah I feel awful for volk, he was visibly distraught at the post fight press conference.
Headkick KO's are kinda lame sometimes. Like, their first fight was so close, then in the rematch islam catches him in the first round and now they'll probably never fight again. At least he's still the featherweight champ, I don't see anyone coming close to beating him at his normal weight class anytime soon (I prob just jinxed it). Usman was at least kinda close by the end, there was debate over whether it should have been a draw. Khamzat seems to just floor it in round 1 and dominate, but then he kinda fades if he can't get a finish in that first round. If it had been 5 rounds I think usman could have pulled it off. I wish islam was a heavier dude so we could see him fight khamzat some day heh. That would be wild.

Oh son of a bitch now jon jones is out with an injury for at least 7 months according to dana white. Fuckin hell, I just knew that was gonna fall through somehow. Can't say I'm super pumped for either of the two remaining ppvs this year. Edwards\covington ehh. Periera fight should be good.

UFC Champion Francis Ngannou shocked the world, especially the pro boxing world, yesterday when he arguably beat the best heavyweight in the world in his very FIRST pro boxing match ever
Announcer said it best by “hey when you can fight, you can fight”. Francis gets robbed in the decision and even Mayweather Jr and Canelo both said Francis won https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=

Yeah exactly I don't think he "arguably beat" him as much as tyson fury is arguably not really that good. You can fall ass-backward into a record like that when there's like one contender a year you have to actually prepare for. All props to francis for knowing what he's worth.

Couple things Joe Rogan doesn’t mention in this short convo with Elon Musk:
- Literally the entire world, including Joe Rogan, claimed Francis didn’t have a chance in hell - Not only does Francis have the strongest measured punch, but it has been compared to being hit by a small car in terms of force - Rogan really did used to have a very powerful roundhouse. There’s vids of him hitting heavy bags with rib breaking power https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=
