In my state houses with fenced in yards = visual danger warning

If you have to put a fence up it means disreputables are wandering through your front yard aka maybe think about moving

Another big warning sign: abandoned shopping carts in or near your neighborhood

Any given neighborhood is either on its way up, or on its way down…
