Gotta do it though. Modern surgery without anesthesia would be a dice roll on whether you died from going into shock, almost no one would have it done I imagine

Whether 11 year olds should be on puberty blockers should be up to their doctor/psychiatrist/endocrinologist, not the state. Just as whether a child should be Christian, Rastafari, or atheist should be between them and God/the universe.

You don't want the libertarianism you claim to profess, though, you hate these people and you want them to act like you.

I fairly confident the best evidence is that changing your 11 year old's 'sex' would be only for very extreme cases, but what do I know, I'm not a psychiatrist.

Removal of a perfectly healthy organ that poses no physical danger to the patient seems like a deviation of this to me, but that’s just because I haven’t progressed enough

Soon, if I want a doctor to chop off my arms and replace them with stronger robot arms, I should be allowed to get it done
