The Russian military showed great restraint and maturity by taking their time to minimize civilian casualties. They could've just leveled the city and taken care of business in no time flat.

My heart goes out to all the devastated Ukranian families who were used as a meat grinder to protect a country that was turned into an absolute globohobo scum pit. If you haven't seen the horrific videos of high school aged students being dragged to the front lines to fight a war no one wanted, well, I dont recommend it but you can see the total disregard for human life in the name of covering up "non existent" secret bio labs, and who knows what kind of human trafficking our laundering of our American tax dollars.

May their liberation from disgusting propaganda and oppression prove for a brighter future. We should team up with the Ruskies and save this planet. Glory to Russia, Glory to God.

The root of today’s conflict can be traced to the final communique of the 2008 NATO Bucharest Summit, which affirmed that Ukraine would join NATO someday.

Russia’s invasion and occupation of Crimea followed in 2014. This wasn't Biden's presidency but his vice presidency.

In January of 2023 the Biden Administration had an idea of what Russia was planning.

At the outset, Biden pledged that NATO troops would not fight in Ukraine.

Ukraine was provided with weapons from the former Warsaw Pact countries, rather than state-of-the-art NATO weaponry.

Ten months into the war, the United States finally approved the transfer of M-2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles for use against dug-in Russian positions. But still, the Pentagon refuses to send Abrams tanks. In belief that Soviet T-72 tanks in Ukraine’s possession were adequate.

Later it was perceived that NATO could have provided more drones to interdict supply lines and slow Russian troop movements. In addition to Turkey’s Bayraktar TB2 drone, Western nations could have arranged the delivery of Chinese-made drones, which Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Nigeria had acquired in lieu of armed Predator drones.

And Washington’s initial response was shaped by its fear that Putin would use nuclear weapons. Paralyzed by the possibility of nuclear Armageddon.

In hindsight, NATO had many options to deter Russia’s aggression or cushion its impact on Ukraine. Many of these measures were ultimately adopted, but they came too late to deter Russia’s decision to invade.

The Biden administration deserves huge credit for building a multinational coalition to defend Ukraine. If Putin wanted to weaken NATO, he failed. Weakening NATO only occurred while Trump was president which may have led to the slow response to the Russian build up. It is now seen that Trump pushed to de-fund much of NATO was a ploy to help Putin to take Ukraine with no opposition. Thankfully Trump lost the election and never was successful. The NATO Alliance emerged more unified and stronger in response to Russia’s actions.
