why would you get banned?

that's literally what those dudes are doing

its the same thing as steroids, they have a physical advantage that their opponents cannot hope to match.

Think I'll change my gender so I place higher at the swim competition

Yeah I'll go through years of pain and awkwardness, and being treated as less than human by conservatives, so that I do better at the swim competition

That's definitely the best explanation of the thought process behind gender dysphoria, athletic merit

Meanwhile, to get into a lower weight class, watch as this UFC fighter saws off his leg
