It was "spun" in the OP.

You folks would have been well advised to leave the TR bashing out of it, then, and just report on what occurred without the speculation as to whom perpetrated it. As it stands, it looks like a smear campaign, not a public service, and it looks like you're trying to preemptively damage the credibility of those who might now accuse you of exploiting. Poorly handled, best of luck to you totally mature pillars of the P99 community as you move forward.
they're both douchemonkeys. when you live your life on P99 like many of them do they have a tendency to take this shit that seriously. they invest hours/years into this crap and then demonize each other for the same bad habits/behaviors that they themselves partake in.

Right now the average TMO member is thinking...

who was the asshole in TR who did this?

Right now the average TR member is thinking...

who was the awesome former disgruntled TMO member who did this?

The GMs and the remainder of the server, on the other hand, are thinking...

What in the fuck will it take to shut these two up and make them go away?

So having access to officers sections of websites is illegal? The best part is the "officers" of guilds who build open bridges in secret for a "just in case this shit goes bad, I can jump on another ship",are the ones leaking stuff.

Meaning even I have access to read anything posted in Officer sections of 4 of the top guilds guilds on this server. You won't ever know if I logged in on a officers account. There are legal ways of doing this, and keeping the same "officers" IP address. IE the same program half your members use to have trackers online 24/7 or have numerous people logged in at the same time to claim a spawn before it spawns, or 6 member groups filled with only 3 people or so playing all of them.

People have asked me why I haven't joined guild xyz, or zyx. It's because of the rampant cheating the other guilds (not all) that I have seen from their leaders or officers, and let everything else slide. I get more enjoyment from snitching out cheaters, and having people cry about it 3-4 days later.

lol someone hacked our databases and reporting our posts about how to exploit a bug, but /wink wink don't do it. Good attempt at covering bases.

I don't condone illegal hacking. I fully support the spy method that is legal.

HI PERUN, ALARTI

I dont think ive ever laughed so hard in my entire life.

LOL wow. fail

I agree, people shouldn't be downloading peoples efforts in coding or stuff. I think you missed out on that part.

Let me break this down for you, because you're having a difficult time understanding me.

1. If you download our database, yes, I will know. Will I know it was you? No. I also don't care -who- did it. I want this to stop. I'm not interested in catching people. I'd like to play the game a bit in between all of this bullshit.

2. Did you miss the part about how I'd reported this "exploit" the instant I found it? It's already fixed, awaiting patch. Stop spinning.
Everything else, it's fair game. If anything is "fail" it's the posting of exploits/bugs that you can do, how you can do it, what effects it causes on your members only access section. It's slightly different than posting a dupe/exploit that people can take advantage of on the p99 site in R&F or some other section.

Heres a helpful hint. If you know of a exploit/bug, post it here. Not on members only website. Not sure what I'm twisting, only stating the facts and what was done to cover asses.

Why is this a warning to this community? No one gives a damn about guild drama, especially if it's third party (IE non-official p1999) sites.

Half the players on p1999 I know for a fact don't care about this.
I support this.

Rais, I get that, trust me. It really wasn't a big deal. That's why I didn't care. I really shouldn't have said anything at all to anybody until the patch was in. It's not a dupe or anything quite so useful (and illegal, and immoral, etc. etc.) and this is being blown way out of proportion.

Can we agree that the access is the issue here? What was accessed simply isn't as important as how it was accessed.
