Fucked around with kettle bells for the first time today. Pretty fun, but seems like a good way to fuck your shit up if your form is bad. Also Turkish get ups are a pain in the ass.

They are, I need to start doing those

I just do kettlebell swings with like a 45-50ish. But I have to stop in between swings or it feels like cheating with the momentum

When you do swings you shouldn't be using your arms at all. If you are swinging it all over, you're doing it wrong.

I feel it in my shoulders sometimes. I stabilize it on the down swing between my legs because otherwise it has momentum on the next up swing. Sort of like how I make sure I don’t “bounce” at the bottom of the dicentric part of my squats (hard to describe but same concept)
