Yup. I’m hoping the positive to Desantis will be that he’s just doing this crazy right wing stuff to pander to some of the more extreme right primary voters, and he will actually govern in a more center right manner.

He was actually a pretty moderate guy until like 18 months ago when he decided to start setting the stage for a run in 2024

How can we care about anything more than social issues? Everything is out of our hands.

We trick each other into thinking aliens are real, and likely just effects from secret military projects that kill people and destroy the planet.

We trick each other into thinking we can each make it out of the ghetto if we just apply ourselves.

We trick each other into thinking we care about the homeless, and the poor.

We trick each other into thinking we care about crime.

We elected a democrat, and they got rid of abortion...

Nothing works, everything is just stuff people we don't like (or cant even stand) decide.

And none of it has to do with the economy.

Nobody knows what the fuck Jpowel is doing and whoever is elected is irrelevant to that.
