Hahahaha, that usually just happens to newbs who pull at newbish angles.. Humerus is the typical bone that snaps here. And it's cause we end up twisting our bodies away from our arms, which will then only take 25lbs of pressure to snap it.
The #1 advice to folks, is to always look at your hands.. Never turn and look away, thats when your body is all out of alignment and that humerus takes all the pressure. It's super normal to see.. Folks go all in at the bar drunk, they turn their bodies and look to the side, and SNAP SUCKA! | ||
