There should be no student loan forgiveness. Any amount of student loans that weren't spent on courses and books/materials should be able to be discharged under Chapter 7.

So how does this student loan forgiveness work.

Like everyone that is not paying off their 80 thousand dollar loan, is now not paying off their 70 thousand dollar loan?

It's not that complicated. These kids need help and are suffering and this will help them. They can stimulate the economy by saving for a downpayment on a new home, a car, fresh clothes, dining out, gym memberships and other life improvements.

Why do you keep mentioning gym memberships? Why do you think being obese and eating hungryman dinners isn’t you taking Medicare dollars, assuming you live to 65?

Medicare is welfare as is student debt relief
