i agree with you completely. That's why i wrote "drugs". Substances are so demonized in this country, the "drugs are bad" message we get as kids and through the media, etc, is fucking retarded, because drugs include: coffee, medicine, steroids, .... ? etc.

meh i just don't think this is true. you only know "potheads" if you think that way. I can smoke a joint and chillout for a night, just like I can drink a few beers one night. Neither of these actions means I'm going to be drinking and/or smoking all the time. Neither impairs me significantly more than the other.

I'd like to hear your argument for why alcohol should be legal and weed illegal-

Methamphetamine, heroin, and GHB are my favourites. I also use psychedelic drugs sometimes but that's an entirely different kind of experience and not something I'd really consider "recreational" per se.
