If you really believe that calling God by the right name can spell the difference between eternal happiness and eternal suffering, then it becomes quite reasonable to treat heretics and unbelievers rather badly. lol, you realize Sam Harris calls for for a preemptive nuclear first strike on the Middle East in his first book, is a vocal supporter of the war in Iraq, and proudly defends and justifies the use of torture? and he wants to lecture us on violence?
