It never ceases to amaze me when people complain that p99 should abandon one of it's core principles (that is, no instancing).

One of it's core principles is to be "classic" something they are happy to ignore on many things.

They could very well keep the open world raid targets live, for the people who want that "challenge". Meanwhile the vast majority of players will enjoy seeing a part of the game they have never seen.

I wonder if P99 is restricted in some of the changes they would be allowed to make, like Agents of Change. I remember EQ emulator cease and desists bringing down servers back in the day, like Winter's Roar becoming Shards of Dalaya, and wonder if daybreak backing up from them with P99 included any agreements. Especially considering how profitable TLPs are.

idk, but it functions as a city, but not for binds. I'd change that. Same for Runnyeye. If a zone has a supply merchant and a bank it really ought to be bankable.

Also themeatically, I like that Surefall doesn't have a bank, but really it ought to have a bank somewhere. Perhaps one of the poachers could operate a sly bank?
