How many kids, young people mind you, would have saved up enough cash to purchase around $8,000 worth of Daniel Defense firearms to go shoot up a school?

Columbine had shitty weaponry because they were kids. Can you recall what kinds of guns they used without looking it up? I have a vague mental picture of them but I can't recall offhand. I would have to look it up.

But these new shootings? it's an AR15. That kid was busy cutting all the local lawns or maybe he just streamed on Youtube for a few days screaming at multiplatform console games to get the money. They use a weapons
system that is easily identifiable and has been in the news for this reason. It's also a sticker on a rednecks diesel truck, the fact its an M16 doesn't really matter.

Salesman: Can I help ya?
Kid: I want to buy an AR15
Salesman: Why?
Kid: Reasons.
Salesman: How about a Ruger 10/22 instead?
Kid: No, nobody knows that one.
Salesman: Looking to make a statement?
Kid: Yep.
Salesman: Welp, the AR will do that.
Kid: Yeah, seen the sticker on your truck outside.
Salesman: Hell yeah.
Kid: Hell yeah brother.
Salesman: You know this will be around $8k right?
Kid: Yeah, don't worry I stream on Twitch.
Salesman: Shit son, can I interest you in a gold plated model?
Kid: Nah, that is gaudy.
Kid: I want the one the media talks about.
Salesman: Cash or Credit?
Kid: I love the USA

[outside a passing Liberal looks through the shop window]

Liberal: I fucking knew it!

Supposedly some people did the math other places online to put down conspiracies that the guns were given to him by God knows who

The loser worked part time for a few years. If he saved everything he earned and wasn’t paying rent he could have made enough to buy them if he found a good deal

I dunno though, I really didn’t care enough about that dead piece of shit to read up on his saving and spending habits to check myself

I don't see what's so hard to believe that the kid just went out and got a loan or stole something(s) worth a few grand to go buy those guns. I dunno if they've pored over his financial records yet, maybe he got a check from George Soros like I do every week, but I spend mine on alcohol

I don't know the price off the top of my head but those guns aren't that bloody expensive, and it's Texas

working for a few years to save up cash to buy a Daniel Defense AR15 to shoot up a school? well, what a prissy bitch. That is a long time to sit on your anger with only the image of a Daniel Defense AR15 floating through your mind. Nothing else would do.

Mike: How about a ball bat?
Shooter: Fuck that
Mike: A knife?
Shooter: Fuck that
Mike: A revolver?
Shooter: Fuck that
Mike: A shotgun? dude you are angry come on..
Shooter: Fuck that!
Mike: Alright already, what do you want?
Shooter: That Daniel Defense AR15 of course.
Mike: LoL, you luxurious bitch!
Shooter: You know it sugar!

Rob’s probably right that he got a loan

A few left wing propaganda sites had posted how easy it would be to buy the exact same gun online linking to a pic with the price. If I recall they found it for like $1.2-1.5k

Wouldn't people already know about the loan or would that implicate a bank? and that gun would still have to be sent to a gun store and the shooter would still have to pass the background check?

At what point in life, as a kid, did you have that kind of cash floating around? mad at the world or not. To come up with a plan, during your youth, to save up cash to buy a specific firearm that is expensive (despite cheaper alternatives out there) to shoot up a school.

Some people do simmer and stew that long and make fairly intricate plans. I mean, if your life's going noplace, what else do you have to do? One of my buddies I grew up with planned for a couple of years to shoot up some folks who he felt deserved it just before graduation. He spent a good while figuring out where he could obtain (ie, steal) a S&W .357 from, because those were the days when magnums were all the rage. He ended up getting caught just before he could carry it out and landed in prison.

Ya which is why waiting periods, while effective for things like crimes of passion, won’t stop mass murderers

The majority of mass murdered have already decided to end their own life first. Then they expand that thought into killing others. But most were already suicidal. If it’s your last action, yea, some people are willing to really plan that out

Even psychotic mass murderers have managed to make intricate plans spanning months or years, which is even more difficult because these people’s brains are feeding them delusions, hallucinations, messing with their ability to make simple decisions, and usually causing them to not be able to sleep well if at all. Yet even they can still make long plans for their massacres. Sometimes their ability to plan is even used against them in court to demonstrate mental competency to try to avoid getting an insanity plea

This kid was still in school and working (supposedly) to save up the cash? that is one disciplined youth, to save up and not spend his school-shooter money on clothes, girls, food, entertainment, car etc.
