Both Phoenixes (Jean Grey and Rachel Summers) are both still human. If they don't think in time to use telekinesis to stop any flying projectiles...
... 500 yards away, high powered sniper rifle, Punny would ice 'em. As for Hulk... shoot Bruce Banner. Done deal.

I know that, but they ain't immortal, they still can die. (Jean Grey has. Several times.) And they don't have any form of Spidey Sense.
Now, I'm not saying they couldn't be brought back to life (thus the whole Phoenix thing), but I am saying this (in list form): The Phoenixes: 500 yard, high powered sniper rifle Hulk: Shoot Bruce Banner Superman: Kryptonite-Tipped Rounds The only ones, in all honesty, out of DC and Marvel that could give Frank a run for his money are 2 guys he's crossed paths with before: Batman and Wolverine. Punisher made Azreal-Batman look like the bitch he was, although he stalemated with Bruce Wayne after landing a single punch. As for Wolvie, it's the adamantium. I'm not totally up to date with the comics, so I dunno if he's gotten the metal back or not (Kinda stopped reading after Wolverine #110.), but if he's not Adamantium Enhanced, it would just take stunning Wolvie long enough to chop his head off. But if he IS Adamantium enhanced... RPG and Nuke time.
