Hell yes it is! It's slightly simplified from previous iterations, but the challenge and horrible addiction are still there.

Yea I read a comment about simplification on some review and thought oh god it's getting the Oblivion treatment. You're saying it's still complex and has challenging difficulty options though eh? Might grab it off steam after all
