I think we could safely downsize our military and states can have their own guard.

I predict we'll downsize our military very soon too... into 2 smaller militaries and we'll test which one is stronger and the winner will get to create a new goverment

I do challenge someone to list 2 things that America, categorically excels at beyond any other country in the world.

You can list 1 thing if you chose to omit military power.
