Dkp with caps on savings + random. If you miss too many raids you get to take a penalty to your random. Allow guilds to KS on raid targets.

Loots should be awarded to most prolific RnF posters.

Also. Micro guilds could deff start forming. Randoms give even more chances for pharm crews to step up their plat splits game and start marketing more top tier loot to the highest buyer.

If only hate jealosy pettiness and inertia weren't such dominant forces.
