not sifting through 12 pages but not being able to charm vendors fucking sucked as a nerf.

- nerfed enchanter stuns making ranged stuns useless. (whirl till you hurt, etc...)
- lull nerf adding critical resist factor

McQaid was new to making games like this, and made a ton of mistakes. I still have "caster" items that require you to melee to proc at lvl 49. Casters don't melee at lvl 49. Just an example of them not knowing what they were doing.
