Hard coded means you the opposing team can't heal/buff each other. On Tallon zek, the opposing side would level a bard up to 30 and run around selo the opposing side. That means you can't attack the bard because he is on your team.

The Teams are:

Halfling, Gnome, Dwarf

Dark Elf, Ogre, Troll

Erudite, Barb, Human

Wood Elf, High Elf, Half Elf
