You don't kite anything while charming.
You charm a mob, attack other mobs. Keep target rooted so when charm breaks you're only dealing with your break.

There is no better place to do 35-42 ish if you can get proficient charming.

How do you manage the first room on the right, when you drop down from the entrance? Every time I go there I find at least one Briarweb Spider that sees through standard invis. Am I supposed to just run past and try to lose aggro with FD? 35 Nec btw.
