Cops themselves feel they are called to deal with situations that they are not the correct person for the job. They are our only public safety officers and mostly are trained to stay personally alive.

Different people for different calls makes much sense.

they dont give a shit. ask elijah mcclain (i think thats his name). They gave him 3x the dose his body weight can handle. Dead. All cause he didnt want to stop and talk to a cop that was harassing him for walking home and it was COLD. So the cop stopped him cause it was COLD out. Hes dead now.
