obviously many of you did not play on pvp server in 1999-2001 era
1v1 pvp is unbalanced as shit, some classes like necro/druid/mage are just too easy to pick up without gear support, where as classes like rangers/bards/paladins are just pure dog shit. level difference is huge impact due to spells getting resisted, unable to finish your opponent happens a lot because in most cases you just can't stop them from fleeing, and then there's the map hill/elevation issue where players may warp or you see enemies running in circles, it's a lot of bullshit the only fun time was in the first 2 - 3 months of launch, where large groups of noob lvl 1-20 would fight at noob zone lines. getting guard npcs involved by training, and sneak/invis atk while they don't have see invis. at later levels pvp just becomes full bullshit

you guys all miss the purpose of pvp server, has nothing to do with 1 on 1, its a higher dynamic of raid scene. The best wins, in raid pvp it's much more fair until you get into velious.
it is purely strategic skill who wins dragons before late velious as anyone can beat anyone in walmart gear to VP gear. None of you made it past the getting good stage of leveling up and therfore have nothing to talk on besides your newb experiences.

At raid levels who gives a shit whoever is playing the longest with the most amount of people and ass time is going to be most successful. PVP is about making the actual game play experience better, levels 1-59. At level 60 who cares everything is done besides dragon slaying the game is over.

New Red will flop because you all would rather write book reports to the GM's than play the game. I understand. It's fine.
