No argument there, if I ever eat a suspension I sincerely hope I'd at least know why and have a chance to discuss it. Have you tried the petition forum? If you want to contact them privately that's probably your best bet.
Edit: I see you made some posts in meantime. A few months ago the wife and I could not log in for a day or so when other folks obviously could--similar to what you say you're experiencing. Turned out there was something wrong with their login server and the issue resolved itself after awhile. | ||
