It lowers the likelihood that you will need hospitalization if you do get COVID which has been the point since the first efficacy data analysis starting coming out. Keep the hospitals from getting shit up and the system from getting overwhelmed.

And how did they determine that? Beware statistics. Is it because of the vaccine or is it maybe because those that are vaccinated are generally healthier with stronger immune systems, or have fewer underlying medical conditions making them less likely to need hospitalization, or that the unvaccinated are an overall more unhealthy group with greater instances of underlying medical issues that would make infection more severe?

It's not necessarily the vaccine that caused that statistic. Like I've said I was vaccinated and landed in the hospital anyway. The vaccine did squat to combat Omicron. I also came in contact with someone very ill with Omicron just last month and didn't get sick at all (just a nasty cold my ass, why are you out and about you dumb bitch?). My immunities worked fine.
