99% of experts are not saying that vaccines are designed to lessen the severity of an infection. Why would you even think that? They lessen the risk of an infection, not the severity of one if you do get infected.

They may be saying that for Covid but that's because there's never been a truthful consensus on Covid. They couldn't agree on masks, safety measures, quarantine times or any of that. Or do you not realize that experts just winged it and made shit up for Covid?
