It doesn't pose a MAJOR threat to you. Life is a risk assessment every day. You've been cowed into believing that this is airborne plague and that it won't be safe to go outside unless covid is 100% totally eradicated. Thankfully that isn't the case. I live in a city of about 65,000 people. Our largest hospital hasn't had more than 3 simultaneous covid cases where hospitalization was required, and that doesn't even mean they died they just needed a bed, and it's a relatively red area where lots of people ignore masking rules, and many businesses allow them to, and I can only imagine the rate of vaccine hesitancy is higher. I know it's an anecdote, but unless I live in some kind of magically-protected area, it really doesn't seem to be a major threat. | |||
