Overall, Africa has about 9% of the world's fresh water resources and 16% of the world's population. There are about 17 rivers in the African continent. Among these rivers are the Congo, Nile, Zambezi, Niger and Lake Victoria, considered the world's second largest lake.

That would rapidly expand with the addition of mad made reservoirs and other infrastructural expansion to better capture the renewable water currently running freely out into the ocean. It's 9% of the world total as it stands with little to no effort being made toward capture.

We also have cloud seeding technology, which is only currently being used for weather modification warfare.

Half the continent is a desert, retard. I bet cutting down the remaining forest would help a lot!!

And good luck piping Lake Victoria to Mali.

Yeah. You're right. Doing absolutely nothing is the best course of action. Continuing to light wild fires and collecting the bushmeat it kills in it's way is the most effective use of the land

Oh man the best solution is using the backwards ass farming techniques they can afford, to compete in the global economy.

If only they could like, follow, and subscribe to Monsanto. Damn genetics!

Research the Yield Gap, genius. No one is saying go GMO. The techniques themselves, that the very few who do farm utilize are yielding less than the Romans did 2500 years ago. Terrascaping and irrigation alone would at least double their yields.

Antarctica farms less than Africa and I don't see you bitching about it because they aren't many blacks there. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
