Thank you Pescador. I had just found Uthgaard's graph again to put that here. I swear this question gets asked EVERY time the previous post leaves the first page. Use the search button people, it works.

I'm guessing 100 new Paladins were rolled the night after Uthgaard's chart.

I mean we play p99, we are THAT guy.

I think warriors are rare on P99. I see more shadow knights and paladins than warriors..

What crack pipe are you smoking? The paladin population is TINY compared to the warrior population. Which is sad, because I love watching a good paladin tanking in a group.

Ahh sorry, I think I wasn't clear.. I agreed that the warrior population was thin however I would not say that it's worse than the paladins. In the level ranges which I've been grouping, I found that warriors were not as plentiful at times. I've seen more Shadow Knights (mainly troll and ogres), some paladins and some warriors.

I completely agree that a paladin tanking is great when played by a skilled player. When playing with warriors as a main tank (when I am the enchanter), we need to shift tactics to control agro better. It slows things down a little but not that much.

Warriors in EQ are boring until AA comes out. All they can really do is autoattack, taunt, kick/bash, and use a disc every few minutes. With the right weapons they are most definitely worth having around, they just aren't very fun.

So if palies suck and warriors are boring is SK the only hope for having fun tanking? Or will someone come and say SKs suck too for some reason?
