But I hang out with old people that talk about death like its the weather.

No I have not. I’ve known a lot of people who have had it but none of them died or even had major complications. Not to say it doesn’t happen, I’m sure it does. But diseases exist and shutting down an economy and forcing ppl to wear masks is not a realistic response imho. There are so many diseases far scarier than COVID and we’re not afraid of them because our tv doesn’t tell us to be.
