The Fall of the AMIGA or how it Languished ...
I have to confess the hugest NERD BONER for OLD Computing Equipment and during my forays on the web I found this amazing docu
It talks a bit about the AMIGA and how it flopped hard in the US but was well received in Europe. I love emulating on Linux the old Amiga 500 and playing some niche games for the sake of experiencing the environment. It was truly a marvelous environment back in the day and even today I find the appeal of it and some people using it for fun on their daily emulated needs. Hope you all enjoy [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I watched the whole thing It was pretty interesting. I wish it went into the next fall of the Amiga.

It was too expensive me and all my friends had Commodore64's and when we saved enough money we bought IBM clones or if lucky an Apple IIc or something. The Amiga got leapfrogged.

Everquest would have been amazing if it was launched on amiga and windows and linux never existed. u have no idea what that alternate timeline looks like, but I do, and it was the best timeline, until the amiga's nuked us.
