(which should have disqualified her) but hey.... what am I to say --- like her there's a good chance my life will end in an institution or on the streets. (if it hasn't already I mean... who knows)

Before I read the article, i was thinking it would be some 60 year old who spent a lifetime in hospitals.

But it's a 23 year old girl who has trauma from an event 4 years ago.
