I hope if the war stops. Instead of conquering them we offer the Russian people themselves a hand up off their knees and faces out of the dirt... unconditionally. Of course we'd want them to make their government less oppressive. The people themselves shouldn't be punished though. They don't need demands on top of collateral from collapse.

Russia will never disarm like Japan did however. So our politicians will probably treat them horribly...and I'm not saying just the USA.

I would want them to get help getting back on the www, with bread, butter, etc... even tho a global collapse would probably benefit individuals everywhere more. I'm like 50/50 on this globalization thing, it's going to be rough either way.
